Lotus Make-up India Fashion Week is all set to stage fire on the ramp, presented by Fashion design council of India (FDCI) in association with EbixCash.
The Spring Summer 2020 collection is scheduled to be showcased at a new venue, Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, India Gate, New Delhi from October 9 to 12, 2019. The FDCI Designer Stockroom will be held on October 13, where leading designers will indulge in retail of their collections directly to customers. Entry to this sale is open to all.
This year, almost 100 designers are showcasing their path-breaking collections on the runway and through stalls. The theme this season is #MyFashionMyTribe, which reflects the reality of the fashion world, which is like an extended family.
“We have an interesting line-up at LMIFW SS ’20 with a mix of old-world ideologies intermingled with a millennial vibe. This potent selection will paint the runway in hues of diversity with artisanal expertise. We are delighted to have Lotus Make-up, our Title Sponsor, and EbixCash, our Associate Sponsor, and all our stakeholders supporting our endeavours,” says FDCI Chairman Sunil Sethi.
Beginning from this Wednesday, the show is scheduled to start at 3 pm with”Ikai by Ragini Ahuja” and “Pramaa by Pratima Pandey”, followed by a series of designers.
Day 2 (Thursday), will be opened at 2.pm with “Hues of Spring” and will be closed at 9.30 pm by Falguni Shane Peacock,s show.
Day 3(Friday) will be opened by a series of designers at 3 pm including Nitya Reddy and Nitika Shekhar and the day will be closed at 9.30 by Suneet Verma,s show.
Day 4(Saturday) is scheduled to be opened by FDCI X 6 degrees, followed by Shivan and Narresh at 7 pm and the grand finale to be held at 9.30 pm with series of designers including Anamika Khanna.
Day 5 (Sunday) is FDCI,s Designer Stockroom that will be held from 11 am to 7 pm.
