Suneet Varma Ends Day 3 of India Fashion Week

The Ace designer closed the Day 3 of Lotus Make-up India Fashion Week SS’20 on a high note as he presented his first-ever luxury travel destination collection! The collection celebrated the mystery of discovering new and exciting destinations. The princess at the ball in a spectacular yet modern setting was the overriding theme of the show. There were 4 groups of 20 pieces which were shown in a dramatic and glamorous ramp setting!
High on mirror and sequence work, the collections included silhouettes like ensembles, skirts, lehengas, separates and sarees.For the show, presented by Ebixcash, the designer experimented with pastels, neons, blues, black and metallic colours.The dresses featured a heavy dash of embellished hand embroidery.
Indian cricket legend Kapil Dev was among the prestigious list of guests who attended the showcase.

His designs are also very popular amongst the leading ladies of Bollywood, like Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra, Kangna Ranaut, Preity Zinta and are featured on the International and Indian red carpet.
Retailing exclusively in Delhi and Mumbai, Suneet Varma’s collections are also featured in different multi designer stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Chandigarh.The face of different lifestyle brands, Suneet has helped create some of the most iconic and luxurious identities in India.
Apart from Suneet Varma, many other renowned designers showcased their esteemed collections on the runway, including names like – Payal Jain, Dolly J, Bhumika Sharma, and Mahima Mahajan among others.
The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) commenced with their Lotus Make-up India Fashion Week, in association with EbixCash, Spring-Summer 2020 from October 9 to 12, 2019. Almost 100 designers are showcasing their path-breaking collections at LMIFW SS’20 on the runway and through stalls. The theme this season, #MyFashionMyTribe, reflects the reality of the fashion world, which is like an extended family.
