The terms and conditions were, outfits that were sold for INR 1,00,000, and above would be only eligible for the first phase. The designers are buying back outfits, that can be recycled sustainably, and the products brought on sale will not qualify for this program. They will offer a credit value post the evaluation of the outfit, and the customers can redeem the credit note within 30 days.
