This asana requires you to stand in mountain position with both feet on the ground and hands on your hips. The next step is to exhale and slowly fold your legs from the hip joints and stretch the front of your torso. Then, bend your elbows and hold each elbow with opposite hand. Hold this position for 1 minute.
Camel pose or Ustrasana
This pose helps increase the oxygen flow to the body by a strong back bend that opens the rib cage. It also helps balance your hormones naturally and prevents acne and blemishes.
This asana requires you to sit on your knees on the ground and align your hips to it. Make sure your toes are tucked in and shoulders are aligned to your knees. Rest the back of your palm on your pelvis and lengthen your tailbone. Now lean and reach your arms back to hold your heels. Now lift your pelvis, while stretching your spine and keeping arms outwards. Make sure you keep your head neutral so it does not suffer any stress. Hold this position for 30 seconds.
Twisted Seated pose or ArdhaMatsyendrasana
This pose helps in digestion and helps in detoxification by ensuring the removal of toxins and wastes from the body, that makes your skin glowing and healthy.
This asana requires you to extend your legs forward, tuck-in your torso and stretch your spine. Now fold your right leg under the left and fold it next to the left thigh. Now turn your torso to the right and try to hold your right knee with your left arm. Make sure your left arm is still pressed towards the ground. Hold this position.
Corpse pose or Savasana
The name of this pose may have dead in it, but it actually brings makes your skin alive. While it is very unchallenging for your body as it only requires it to rest. It actually challenges your mind to enter into a state of peace and meditation, while your skin benefits from it. This pose allows your mind and body to relax and your skin to breathe.
It only requires you to lie on your back and relax your body and mind.

There are various mediums from where you can learn yoga. The television and Youtube channels are filled with yoga vloggers and Indian yogis teaching yoga online for free. The other way is to join your nearest yoga classes.
